For their fresh and modernized take on an American Diner, architects Gonzalez Haase commissioned irregular neon halos in cold white, warm white and orchid purple that now crown the Beets & Roots restaurant in Berlin. The contrasting tones of the neons complement the use of raw materials and pink tiles by infusing the whole composition with a delicately tinted light that reveals neon's soft side.
