The general standard delivery time for orders from the Letters configurator is about 3-5 weeks (including shipping) from receipt of payment, depending on the specific product and the specific shipping destination. Standard shipping within Europe usually takes around 2-5 business days. Express upgrade options are available to book during checkout. These include priority production and express shipping. Please be aware that specific dates of delivery cannot be guaranteed for shipments with third-party carriers. For those cases, we offer direct delivery by Sygns courier. If you have an urgent project that requires short-term delivery on a specific day, please get in touch with our team ahead of ordering for coordination. For shipments outside of Europe or the EU, please be aware of additional customs charges and potential customs procedures that can extend the shipping time.

If your order arrives with visible damage on the outer packaging, we strongly advise you not to accept the shipment from the courier. In case of refusal the package will be returned to us. We will then replace your order and claim shipping damages from the carrier. Before accepting the shipment, you should always check its contents for visible damage, such as breakages, in front of the courier. If you accept a damaged shipment, even if the damages are not immediately visible from the outside, it will be difficult to claim responsibility for repair or replacement costs from the carrier, making the claims process more complicated for everyone involved. Please notify our support team of shipping damages within 48 hours after delivery. Apart from shipping damages, your order is covered by a 24 months warranty for faulty or malfunctioning products or product components. The Letters configurator offers many customisation options for your individual sign. You can upload your own logo or design to work on it. Please note that not all designs are suitable for this type of product, e.g. detailed designs with fine lines might be better suited for Neon. All designs, including available fonts, are automatically scaled to the minimum producible size if necessary. If you want your personalised letters to glow in a specific colour and you feel like none of the available glow colour options are a good match, we recommend selecting the RGB option.

For the most convenient mounting experience, we recommend pre-mounted plug & play products, as these are delivered pre-wired and ready to use. Outdoor products always have to wired on-site, for which we strongly recommend the use of a qualified technician. The same applies to individual, direct-to-wall letters, as these need to be mounted and wired individually. We offer a mounting service in select areas. Yes, the RGB multi-colour option and/or remote dimming (which is automatically included with RGB) are available to purchase for products intended for outdoor use. However, the additional controller unit included in the order is not IP-certified for outdoor use, which means that in case of outdoor installation it needs to be protected adequately, for example in a waterproof junction box.
