For every design and every font/typeface, there is a minimum size below which it is not producible anymore. This has to do with the bending radii of the LED tubes as well as the size and placement of the LED modules inside the tubes. The respective minimum size for your individual design is calculated automatically by the configurator. Due to production limitations, there are maximum sizes for everything as well. Large designs in producible sizes might be split into multiple parts for technical reasons.

If you want multiple colours for your custom LED word lights, you can enter the construction mode in order to select the colours for the individual words or elements. There, click on the path (word or element) for which you want to change the colour, and select the desired colour from the palette. When you exit construction mode, the colour configuration is saved automatically. You can use as many of the available colours as you wish. If you're looking for a specific colour that is not part of our standard LED colour palette, we recommend selecting the RGB option.

All our illuminated signage comes with cable(s) and converter(s), as it is primarily designed for permanent installation and longterm use. You can technically connect your custom LED Neon sign to a powerbank or similar (not provided by Sygns), but this is not really the most efficient way to use our products. The decisive factor for the price is not the total size of the product, but rather the total length of the LED tubes used. For example, a logo or design with a lot of details requires more LED metres than a simple lettering of the same size. The LED colours all have the same price, except for RGB (multi-colour). All other configuration options (background material, electrical components, etc.) are price-relevant to varying degrees.

At checkout, you have the choice between standard delivery (total delivery time ca. 4 weeks), express delivery (ca. 3 weeks) and delivery by Sygns. The latter is recommended for specific deadlines, as it is effectuated by our own logistics partner. We will reach out to you beforehand to coordinate delivery, which makes this the most flexible and convenient option. Standard production takes approx. 3 weeks, rush production generally about 2 weeks, although individual solutions are available upon request.
